I marked the spot where I wanted the book knob then wrapped the green ribbon around the cover and twisted the ribbon into place. I then cut a hole in the ribbon for the the crystal book knob to thread through. The ends of the ribbons were folded over and glued down with gel medium. Vintage flowers and leaves from an old hat were added with the same gel medium.
